We know that moving to a new place can be daunting, especially when it’s a different city or neighbourhood. That’s why, at Liberties House, we’ve designed the process to be as simple and stress-free as possible, so you can focus on what matters most – settling in and enjoying your new home.

This guide walks you through exactly what to expect, from your first enquiry to move-in day.

Step 1: Making Your Enquiry

Your journey begins with asimple contact form on our website. Once submitted, our team will send you a Smart Application Form.

This form helps us get to know you better. It includes questions about your lifestyle and what you're lookingfor in your next home. It ensures that Liberties House is the right fit foryou, and vice versa.

Step 2: Application Review & Next Steps

Once you’ve completed the Smart Form, our team will carefully review your application.

If it looks like Liberties House could be a good match, a member of our team will get in touch to arrange a viewing. This can be done in person or online. We aim to keep this process quick and efficient by providing an update on the next working day.

Step 3: Your Viewing Experience

Viewings at Liberties House are designed to give you a real feel for the space and the lifestyle.

During your visit, you will:

  • Tour available apartments and shared spaces
  • Explore amenities like the gym, yoga studio, rooftop pickleball court, sauna/cold plunge, cinema, co-working areas, and more
  • Ask any questions you may have about the building, community, or day-to-day living

Our team will guide you through everything, so you leave with a clear understanding of what life here looks like.

Step 4: Securing Your Apartment

If you decide Liberties House is the right fit, the next step is simple.

Your agent will send you all the necessary formal documentation to review and sign. This includes your residential agreement and any supporting documents. At Liberties House, the typical minimum stay is 6 months.

Once everything is signed and confirmed, your move-in date will be scheduled.

Step 5: Move-In Day

Move-in day is where everything comes together.

When you arrive, you’ll be welcomed by our concierge team, who will:

  • Help you get settled into your apartment
  • Walk you through how everything works
  • Introduce you to the building and its amenities
  • Answer any questions you might have

Our goal is to make your first day feel welcoming and stress-free.

Step 6: Settling Into Life at Liberties House

Once you're settled, you're free to start enjoying everything Liberties House has to offer.

Your monthly fee includes:

  • All bills and utilities
  • High-speed internet
  • Full access to amenities (gym, yoga studio, rooftop sauna and cold plunge, pickleball court, co-working spaces, and more)
  • Access to a calendar of resident events and community activities

There are no hidden costs here –just a straightforward, all-inclusive living experience.

Ode to Weaving is a series of tapestries honouring the history of weaving in the Liberties in Dublin 8. Hanging in Liberties House on Cork Street, the pieces were created in collaboration with Botany Weaving Mill, based less than 500m from Liberties House.
